Two staff members of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., were shot and killed outside the Capital Jewish Museum. The victims are Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, who were on the verge of getting engaged. The suspect is Elias Rodriguez, 31, of Chicago.
