Most of the cases were recorded in the city of La Plata, capital of the province of Buenos Aires. The laboratories involved in the production of the product were raided and various irregularities were verified.
McCormick, Kelly lead legislation targeting Mexican drug cartels
Sens. Dave McCormick, R-Pa., and Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., introduced the Mexico Security Assistance Accountability Act. It would require the State Department to develop a strategy to dismantle the Mexican drug cartels. The bill would also establish mission goals to effectively dismantle cartels and increase the capabilities of Mexico’s law enforcement.
