Charlie Brekke, 11, was deformed by a vaginal birth and sued the doctor for negligence. The court ruled that she was a patient before her birth and she has every right to purse her claims.

Minnesota is pulling its National Guard members from Washington, D.C. early, after they were seen on presence patrols in neighborhoods far from the National Mall.
