Supreme Court's ruling on trans athletes has not changed anything for girls' sports. There are still 23 states that don't have laws keeping biological males out of women's sports. 19 of those states have policies that actively allow it. Soleil Hoefer, a high school athlete from Washington state, has played against a biological male goalkeeper in a soccer tournament in Las Vegas and ran against a male athlete in the 400 meters during her senior year. Kallie Keeler, a 16-year-old girl from Washington, was allegedly sexually assaulted by a trans athlete during a girls' wrestling match. Matt Miller was involved in a car wreck that left him in critical condition and amputated his left arm. A GoFundMe was set up to cover his medical expenses and a prosthetic arm replacement. Several people came forward accusing Miller of scamming them through fantasy football leagues, of which he was the commissioner. He is also under investigation by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office for withholding fantasy football payouts. ESPN placed him on leave.

If confirmed, the findings could result in a fine of up to 6% of Meta's global annual revenue, more than $12 billion based on the company's reported 2025 revenue.
