Daily Briefing July 12 – IDF on standby to rejoin Iran fight

The US military launched another round of strikes on Iran early Sunday. US Democratic lawmaker Ro Khanna was detained by Israeli settlers armed with US-made rifles during a West Bank visit late last week. Four Israeli settlers were detained for allegedly attacking a CNN media crew near the West Bank town of Sinjil on Saturday. Three Hamas commanders were killed in airstrikes in Gaza on Friday. US military delegation met with Lebanon's army in Beirut to discuss the implementation of Israel's withdrawal from a pilot zone in southern Lebanon. Pvt. Yaakov Zarihan, killed in action on April 20, 1948, was identified as buried in a mass grave in a kibbutz near Jerusalem.

The missile is slated for integration with frontline platforms such as the Sukhoi Su-30MKI and Tejas Mk-2 fighter aircraft. Indonesia has expressed interest in acquiring the Astra missile and BrahMos supersonic cruise missile.
